I would say that for the people who understand what was happening up until this point, the operation of this blended environment will not be a problem. Normal user can end up being confused and frustrated, though.
For instance, to me it’s quite common sense, that if I establish a VPN session from a virtual environment, I will also have to use “virtual” applications in order to take advantage of this “virtual VPN”. For a normal user this might not make so much sense. Especially since “virtual” VPN is nicely shown in “real” Windows notification area, like displayed here.

From technical perspective it works great. But right now it’s either too blended or not blended enough for the typical user to be completely at-ease with how it functions.
